Admission
Admission to Pre Kindergarten 2023 (initial)
The admission process for PK 2023 onwards is open with limited availability. We are very happy to be considered as the alternative for your children's education
Applicants must be four years old no later than March 31, 2022 (born between April 1, 2017 and March 31, 2018).
Inscription
One of the parents and/or guardians of the applicant child must send an email to cmaldona@trener.edu.pe (Cathy Maldonado – Admissions) with the registration applications and the required documents detailed below.
Interview
A virtual interview with both parents will be coordinated days after registration. The purpose of this is to verify that parents are adequately informed about our educational approach and that, indeed, there is compatibility of values, principles, lifestyles, convictions and beliefs in relation to the school's educational project.
Entry and payment
If the decision is positive, the same day of the interview, the parents and/or guardians will be given the educational agreement, the internal regulations and the payment information to deposit 50% of the entrance fee (S/ 9,000.00). With that deposit the child already has, formally, his vacancy.

Of the child:
- Birth certificate and DNI
- Four passport size photos
- Proof of attendance and no nest debt (only if applicable)
From the parent and/or guardian:
- DNI of both parents and/or guardians scanned.
- A Format PK2022 (click to download)
- Two B Formats PK2022 (One from each parent)
- C Format PK2022
- Civil marriage certificate (optional)
Important Information
Parents and/or guardians who do not present the complete documentation or do not participate in the interviews and/or meetings at the indicated times, will not be able to register their children, and will lose their order of priority. Both the educational agreement, the internal regulations and the other documents provided by the school can be downloaded, completed with a pen and sent virtually in a clear photo or a scan.
The entrance fee is S/. 18,000.00 and may be subject to return only in the cases, terms and manner indicated by current laws.
It is essential to present the Single Enrollment Form or the Modular Code of the Student once the entry is given. This document is essential for registration.
The balance must be paid as follows: 30% before pre-kinder registration and 30% before kindergarten registration.

Relatives of the Board of Directors and shareholders who comply with the admission procedure.
Siblings of students or children of former students
Equitable distribution between boys and girls.
Date of presentation of all the complete documentation.
Evaluation
Children who have already entered and whose vacancy has already been confirmed, will be summoned for a diagnostic evaluation during the year prior to the start of classes. This is done so that both the school and the parents and/or guardians can ensure that the incorporation of the student is carried out successfully.
This evaluation is mandatory and if the school makes any recommendation as a result of it, it will be transferred to the parents so that they can proceed as appropriate.
