Transfers
Transfer Admission
Consult about the inscriptions for entry by lateral transfer.
The school may evaluate the admission of students to grades other than the initial levels. Said income will be subject to the availability of a vacancy and to the evaluation of the motive of the transfer.
Inscription
One of the parents and/or guardians of the applicant child must call 981373722 or send an email to cmaldona@trener.edu.pe and submit the registration application together with all the documents referred to below. Only documents presented by one of the parents and/or guardians of the child will be received.
Evaluation
After enrollment, according to the availability of vacancies, the student is scheduled for an evaluation by the psycho-pedagogical department and the coordinator of the corresponding grade. Both the psycho-pedagogical aspect and their mastery of the basic contents for that grade, in mathematics, Spanish and English, are evaluated.
After the evaluation, the parents are summoned to decide their admission and eventually the leveling work that is necessary.
Entry and payment
The parents of the admitted boys will have, after receiving the final result, a week to separate the vacancy with the payment of the entrance fee of S/ 18,000.00 up to third grade, S/ 14,400.00 from fourth to sixth grade, S/ 9,000 from seventh to ninth grade and S/ 7,200 for tenth and eleventh grades.

Required documents
- Data sheet to be delivered by the College.
- Applicant's birth certificate.
- Four passport size photos of the applicant.
- Photocopy of the DNI, C.E. or Passport of the applicant and his/her parents and/or guardians.
- Civil and/or religious marriage certificate (if any).
- Current school report cards (end of previous year and last received this year).
- Proof of good conduct or letter of reference from current school.
- Proof of no debt and record of payments to the current educational center, according to the format provided by the School.
- In the case of transfers from foreign countries, but who had previously been in an educational center in Peru, you must also present proof of said educational center in Peru.
Important information
From Kindergarten through 9th grade, payment will be made as follows:
- 40% at the time of admission
- 30% before the enrollment of the first year at the college
- 30% before the enrollment of the second year at the college
- For the cases of tenth and eleventh, the entrance fee must be paid in full at the time of admission to the school.
This admission fee guarantees the reservation of the vacancy from the moment of its payment until the end of the student's school life within our institution, thus granting the right to parents to enroll their children in the School at the beginning of each school year. The entry fee may be subject to refund only in the cases, terms and manner indicated by current laws.
In order to formalize the registration, in the case of students who come from a school in Peru, they must present the integral file of the EDUCANDO and the official certificate of studies. Students who come from abroad must present the official certificate of studies apostilled or legalized by the corresponding Peruvian Consulate. In case they do not present any of the indicated documents, they will not be able to enroll and will lose the vacancy.
Vacancies
Vacancies are limited and are filled according to the following criteria:
Relatives of the Board of Directors and shareholders who comply with the admission procedure.
Siblings of students or children of former students
Equitable distribution between boys and girls.
Date of presentation of all the complete documentation.
