Transfer Admission

Our school has open enrollment for the 2025 Admission process onwards, with limited spaces. We are happy to be considered as an option for the education of your children.

The school may evaluate the admission of students to grades other than the initial levels. Said income will be subject to the availability of a vacancy and to the evaluation of the motive of the transfer.

Inscription

One of the parents and/or guardians of the applicant child must generate a username and password on the following link Pre-inscription to enter our Admission Platform.

Evaluation

After enrollment, according to the availability of vacancies, the student is scheduled for an evaluation by the psycho-pedagogical department and the coordinator of the corresponding grade. Both the psycho-pedagogical aspect and their mastery of the basic contents for that grade, in mathematics, Spanish and English, are evaluated.

After the evaluation, the parents are summoned to decide their admission and eventually the leveling work that is necessary.

Entry and payment

After receiving the final result, parents will have one week to pay 40% of the entrace fee, except for 10th and 11th grades, which must be paid 100%.

Entrance fee:

Inscription: 40%

Before the enrollment of the first year at the college: 30%

Before the enrollment of the second year at the college: 30%

*In the case of 10th grade and 11th grade: 100%

Entrance fee according to grade of application:

PK to 3rd grade: S/. 20,000.00

4th to 6th grade: S/. 16,000.00

7th to 9th grade: S/. 10,000.00

10th to 11th grade: S/. 8,000.00

Required documents

Mandatory documents:

  • Copy of ID, Birth Certificate, Foreigner Registration or Passport of the applicant
  • Copy of ID card, Foreigner Registration Card or Passport of parents and/or guardians
  • Form A
  • Payment of S/ 400.00 for the application process

Other documents to expedite the application process:

  • 4 passport size photos of the applicant
  • Marriage certificate (only if applicable)
  • Report cards from current school (last year's final and last one received this year)
  • Proof of good conduct or letter of reference from the current school
  • Proof of no debts and record of payments to the current school, according to the form provided by the school
  • In the case of transfers from abroad, but who have previously attended an educational center in Peru, they must also present a certificate from that educational center in Peru.

 

Important information
  • Parents and/or guardians who do not present the required documentation as mandatory or do not participate in the interviews and/or meetings at the indicated times, will not be able to enroll their son/daughter and will lose their order of priority.
  • The admission fee will be subject to reimbursement only in the cases, terms and form indicated by the laws in force.
  • In the case of students coming from a Peruvian school, they must present the student's complete file and the official certificate of studies. Students coming from abroad must present the official certificate of studies apostilled or legalized by the corresponding Peruvian Consulate. In case they do not present any of the above mentioned documents, they will not be able to enroll and will lose the vacancy.
